For Models Only NC FashionWeek Event has a few new changes for 2009. They are as follows: Runway models will be in 2 categories of height requirements, 5' 8" or taller, and 5' 7" or shorter (no shorter than 5' 4") for petite models Character models will be used for non-runway events Sizes 0-20 are requested Children models ages 5-12, junior models 13-17, and adults 18 + male & female Models must submit a photo with registration or bring it to the audition All applicants are required to sign an administrative agency form and submit their admin fee of $99 Models will be paid according to the volume of use at the NC FashionWeek events. Models will be selected by Agency to present goods and services for Designers and Vendors. Every qualifying model starts with $25 in their account. Models that sell Ads, tickets or secure Designers or Vendors will be paid more We are looking for the following types of models: Hair Models - must be willing to have hair cut, colored, permed or styled (no exceptions) No guarantee these styles will be done on you Vendor Models - must have good posture and language skills - Some assignments will be speaking roles, represent goods or services Runway Models - must be able to comfortably walk in stiletto heels and command the runway Dancers - used in choreographed music scenes Models will represent Vogue Modeling Agency, selected Companies, Sponsors, Designers, Vendors and themselves in a professional manner. Only a total of 100 models (this number may increase or decrease according to demand), all types, will be used for the entire 2009 NC FashionWeek event. Once this goal is met all others will be considered for Fashion Week 2010.
