Showcase Details

Showcases will be conducted by category (genre). A showcase is where the latest products from Retail, Designers and Vendors are presented in one session. In the course of a day there will be many Showcases for the buyer and consumer communities to choose from and attend. It is possible that a Designer that carries various styles such as couture and urban will be shown multiple times throughout the day.
As for Models, we will ensure that there will be plentiful to choose from. Once you (the designer) are signed up you'll have access to models for preselection closer to the event time.

| Cost: | $300.00
A non refundable deposit of $100 must be received by February 15, 2009 in order to consider you as an active Designer. The balance of all payments must be received by March 1, 2009. |
| Showcase Options | Choose from the list of Showcases in which to display or present your collection. Designers who has more than one product line may select as many venues as desired (subject to future adjustment). Selection is done initially when you make your payment, however, can be changed in the future. A designer may select as many showcases as desired simply because there is no cost per showcase. |
| Runway time | Since a Showcase is shown by product group, each participating Designer will present back-to-back until the entire collection is complete. The approximate time on the runway for each Designer depends on the number of garments for the scene. A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 pieces per Designer. |
| Deadlines | Final Showcase arrangements must be made by March 1, 2009 to allow for project management of scenes. |
| Saving | The Fashion Showcase is one of many segments that Designers can present their collections. Other Fashion Week days include the Jaguar/Audi Show (cost: $300) and the Model Shootout (cost: $50). View these events in deciding your activities for 2009. As an incentive, Sunday's Green Event Fashion Finale' is offered at $50 when you present in the Showcase on Saturday. |
