Welcome to 2009's North Carolina Fashion Week (NCFW) details for Vendors
This year we are providing many changes as we kick off this second annual event. NCFW provides Vendors the most comprehensive package designed for maximum presentation appeal.
Because of economic times we have outlined the 2009 options so that you will benefit from the multiple presentation opportunities with the ability to choose what venues are best for you.
NC FashionWeek Model Shoot-Out
A shootout gathering multiple models and photographers together at a prestigious location to shoot ads, brochures, and to network within the industry. This is a perfect time for Vendors to gain from the exposure. Here, by outfitting one or more models of your choice, you'll be able to produce fantastic material from your photos that will further aid in the marketing of your products and services. Photographers will shoot your clothing or accessories on models, and will have CD's available for you during Fashion Week weekend. If you prefer photoshop to be performed on the photos, additional time & cost will be incurred. These same photos will later be shown on the big screen at fashion weeks events. Don't miss out. Tables & chairs will be provided. If clothing racks needed you must provide them yourself. Bring table covering if you need to set up products. Tables are 4 X 4 square or booth tables 4 X 6.
Fashion Showcases
Vendors, this forum is similar to the New York tents of Fashion Week in that models will be presenting designer collections on the runway. However, it differs in that our salons (showrooms) are broken down by genre, allowing you more markets in which to present. Showcases will be presented multiple times, in different rooms, throughout the hotel. The Showcase Collections will be broken down into categories, such as Couture, Accessories, Urban, Bridal, Jewelry, Hair, Makeup, Business, to name a few. Refreshments & lite hors d' oeuvres will be served. Hundreds + expected to attend. Booth will be 6 X 8 with 4 X 6 table provided, 2 chairs per table.
Green Fashion Finale'
Those of you that have Product that is ECO (environmentally) friendly (subject to approval), you are encouraged to be there. In addition to selling your regular items, this "Green Fashion Day" focuses on presenting innovative "green" products and concepts to the community at large for sale. Newspaper, trash bags, toilet paper, and other materials are all items to be used this year to show your green products. Door prizes & entertainment will also be highlights of this year's Fashion Week event. Refreshments & lite hors d' oeuvres will be served. Expected Attendance: Hundreds+ Booth will be 6 X 8 with 4 X 6 table provided, 2 chairs per table.
